My November Grocery Hauls!

Updated: January 6, 2020. I went way over my initial budget.

After weeks of stressing over the expanding budget, I've settled on $125.00 a week for a family of 5 (6 when oldest is home from college). That is split between Aldi and Whole Foods Market. As a Prime Member, I take advantage of the 20% off deli meats and cheeses offer available on Sundays. Check your local store for weekly savings.

Monthly Total: $677.54

Week of November 3

Well, this week was a bit over the $125.00 mark. I purchased flour at Target ($1.64) and dough, cheese, and tomato paste at WFM ($6.77) on Friday for homemade pizza instead of getting takeout. Sadly, we still got takeout but had a coupon for a free small mozzarella pizza!

Whoa... I broke a few rules this week. My husband and children went shopping with me! We added a few items that were not on the original list so at the end of the day I spent $144.76 this week.
