On Sunday, I made decided to make picadillo because I had olives in the cabinet to use up. The recipe calls for 1 cup of tomato sauce.
I added 1 tablespoon to the leftover lentil soup on Monday.
I used the remaining sauce for spaghetti and meatballs on Tuesday. I use mini meatballs and our children are not fans of too much sauce so the remaining sauce is more than enough for the meal.
